WIGS (WOMEN IN GOD’S SERVICE)
In fervent gratitude for the Savior’s dying love and His blood-bought gift of redemption we dedicate ourselves to Him with all that we are and have; and in obedience to His call for workers in the harvest fields, we pledge Him our willing service wherever and whenever He has need of us. We consecrate to our Savior our hands to work for Him, our feet to go on His errands, our voice to sing His praises, our lips to proclaim His redeeming love, our silver and our gold to extend His Kingdom, our will to do His will, and every power of our life to the great task of bringing the lost and the erring into eternal fellowship with Him. Amen
Our mission: To support our youth in our congregation and in our community through fund raisers and prayer. Also, to support each other in our walks with Christ as sisters in Christ.

Women in God’s Service (WIGS) needs your full mite boxes to be turned in. Please remember to bring them next Sunday and empty them in the Big Mite box on the table in the church hallway across from the name tags. What are mites? They are your loose change found in the couch cushions or pants pockets during laundry or the bottom of your purse. We gather these “mites” and send them to our district and they go towards Lutheran Women’s Missions League chosen Grant recipients. To date Resurrection Lutheran Church and School has received two grants including one to help cover the cost of the new kitchen stove.
