Bible Study Opportunities
Sunday Classes
ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES - 9:30 AM:
Discovery 101: Are you a newer member to our Resurrection family or just looking for a refresher on the basics about God, the Bible, the Church, Lutherans and our lives? Join us and discover how they’re all connected! This class is open to all of the Resurrection family, both new & old.

The Book of Colossians —In this Epistle Paul confronts the many challenges to the faith at Colossus.
In response to these challenges, Paul provides clear statements as to the Deity, preeminence, supremacy, sufficiency, and centrality of Christ as LORD This will be a traditional verse by verse bible study with group discussion.
The study is led by Trevor Archinal and meets in Room 127.

Weekday Classes
Tuesday AM Small Group Bible Study Join us as we study Selected Psalms together. Bring your Bibles and an attitude of openness to God’s Spirit and your fellow Christ-followers to Room 120 from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. every Tuesday morning (see Modified Christmas Season Schedule 13 Nov - 17 Jan). No prior Bible Study experience is necessary – newcomers are always welcome! We have coffee & refreshments as well! Please contact Andy or Deni Lewis if you would like further information.
Wednesday Morning Bible Study — Join us as we make our way through the long, eventful trials of God’s people following the giving of the Law and the death of Moses. We have just moved on to the First Book of Kings. Please join us each Wednesday at 6:30 a.m. in Room 127 (or 120, as needed!). Extra Bibles — and, of course, Lutheran-brewed coffee plus something sweet! — are always available! |
