“ABOVE  &  BEYOND”

Resurrection’s  “WISH  LIST

December 2017

(and how YOU can make these wishes come true!)

Your special gifts of love – ABOVE & BEYOND your regular Sunday offerings – make a difference in the various ministries of Resurrection Lutheran Church and School, as the items requested are not part of Resurrection’s General Budget.  Because of your generosity, we have received (1) financial gifts to our School-Child Care for both advertising and scholarships; (2) gifts to assist the new streaming system and other major audio/visual improvements (AND THANK YOU FOR THE NEW TV MONITOR ON THE BALCONY THAT I CAN NOW SEE AND READ!); (3) continued gifts to the Discretionary Fund to assist those in need; (4) a gift to allow us to add more signage around the building, assisting both visitors and members; and (5) dollars for hiring musicians for our special worship services.

I am praying that this update will inspire members of Resurrection to support a new or existing service or ministry program, a need of the church that is special to you or someone you love, or simply the next priority as it arises.  But most of all, I want to express my gratitude for the way in which you, by the GRACE OF GOD, never fail to supply the tools that are needed to expand Christ’s Kingdom.

Your Fellow Servant in Christ, our Lord,

Pastor William H. “Hank” Hollar, Jr.
