Mission Statement:
To properly operate and maintain the Sound and Video systems and serve the congregation, shut ins, and anyone who is unable to attend worship service.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages the sound and video equipment for all services, as well special events including funerals, weddings and concerts.

Operates and maintains our sound systems and all other equipment associated with the production and duplication of audio or video media.

Separate Sound and Video Coordinators organize and train volunteers as well as develop schedules for coverage of required duties.

Standard Operating Procedures are updated routinely updated as equipment and techniques change.

Facilitates the Nursery in hearing the service and sermon message.

Records the sermons and special music so they can be placed on the TLC website for access by anyone at any time. Updates equipment to have the capability for podcasting.

Operate the Video System which uses the sound mix from the soundboard to make up to eight copies at a time for immediate distribution to the shut-ins and those not able attend services.

Each service has a general sound person schedules while a member of the Songs of Praise Worship Team does the sound for the Praise and Celebration Services.
