How to become a member of

Resurrection Lutheran Church:

1. By Letter of Transfer: We will gladly accept the transfer of your membership from another Lutheran congregation.  Simply contact them with your request, or ask the Pastor or Church Administrator to do so.

2. By Confirmation: We invite all adults who are looking for a church home to participate in our New Members Class which we offer at various times throughout the year.  Upon completion of this brief class, you may choose to become a member by the Rite of Confirmation.

3. By Profession of Faith: If you were confirmed in the Lutheran Church but have not been active and wish to reaffirm your confirmation vows, we welcome you to become a member.  Please speak directly to one of the pastors to express your wishes.

4. By Baptism: Our Lord Jesus commands us to "baptize all people." Therefore we extend the Sacrament of Holy Baptism to infants, children, youth and adults, whereby they become members of the whole family of Christ throughout the world, and of His family here at Resurrection Lutheran Church.

We urge all who are becoming members of RLC

to attend our New Members Class.
