1. to establish and support youth programs that strive to promote discipleship and fellowship, with an on-going emphasis on outreach and missions
2. to establish youth programs/groups at Resurrection, as needed;

3. to review, evaluate and recommend courses of action in all areas of youth mission and ministry;

4. to determine the number of youth counselors needed for each youth group program, and appoint a Sr. Counselor and other counselors as needed;

5. to supervise and oversee all counselors in the various youth programs, and to provide opportunities for counselor training and development;

6. to evaluate all implemented programs, strategies and ministries for effectiveness, and lead the youth counselors in regularly evaluating their ministries;

7. to promote the work of our youth and programs in the congregation-at-large.

1. to educate the members of the congregation in Christian Stewardship, and initiate programs for the development of good stewardship attitudes in the congregation;

2. to develop a yearly program that emphasizes both the objectives and goals of Resurrection's mission and stresses individual commitments of "first-fruit gifts" of time, talents, and treasures to carry out that mission;

3. to monitor and report the time, talents, and financial performance of the congregation;

4. to prepare and present an annual proposed budget to the Church Council for adoption by the Voters' Assembly

1. to investigate specific needs within the congregation and the community, and to encourage and guide congregational participation in alleviating the identified needs;

2. to educate the membership on social ministry issues, and suggest and coordinate congregational responses and activities;

3. to encourage congregational participation and support of Synodical, District, and local social ministry programs.

4. to deepen the faith and activity of the entire membership for the work of living and sharing the Gospel;

5. to promote and publicize the work and activity of the congregation;

6. to integrate the work of the congregation into the life of the community.

1. to plan, set goals/objectives, and administer the total education program of the congregation;

2. to select and train qualified personnel for all educational programs;

3. to provide the necessary means and facilities for all educational agencies;

4. to evaluate the educational programs and instruction according to established goals and philosophy;

5. to prepare and submit an annual budget to the Church Council for educational requirements according to the established goals and philosophy.

1. the proper maintenance and repair of all church property;

2. in general, to protect the congregation against loss or damage of any nature;

3. to establish procedures for using any church facilities and/or property.
